Things that we believe in
GMT is a new home for creative and free people.
We believe in people's creativity and talent. Our main mission is to support such people, by giving them space for work and opportunity to share their works and talents with others.
We promise to take care about every customer, who entered in our doors, in spite of his or her religion, nationality or age. Every customer has the right to get the best service. Every customer has the right to get help and support of his or her project.
Every idea will be heard; every project or business plan will be discussed.
Seven main principles
1. Customer is the main
All we are doing, is for you. We tried to make our place as much flexible as we can, to satisfy different needs of our customers. We are making not bad food and coffee to help you to stay concentrated onto your project. We use our minds, experience and soul to help you to make something special.
2. In collaboration we trust
Collaboration is important thing when you make something unique. Individuals have less opportunity to grow. We should share our product or our ideas with someone. Feedback is essential. So we also need to get feedback from our customers, from you, to make our place more and more unique and suitable for your needs. We can make our place to be perfect for you.
3. Every idea is important
We truly believe that something big starts from something small. In the beginning of every great company or project there is idea. Every idea can grow to something special. So, from our side, we are ready to listen every idea and do our best to develop it into real project.
4. Support for everyone
Student or freelancer; artist or designer; musician or fashioner; businessman or startupper. Everyone deserves support. And we promise to do our best to support everyone, who has ideas and plans to make something special.
5. High quality service is a standard
High quality is our standard, rather than option. When you are walk into our place, you walk into friendly atmosphere where we take care of you. So you can stay relaxed and focused on your project.
6. Creativity is the key
Creativity is the thing that makes our world better. Not everybody understands what creativity is. And almost nobody understands how to support it. We try to learn about creative thinking every day, and try to use our knowledge to rise up creativity in you. This is long path, but we can reach that goal together.
7. Good mood is a standard
And the last, but not the least. Everybody has a bad day sometimes, and so we are. But we leave all bad thoughts outside our place. We are smiling and we are open for everything new!
